Technical Memo Builder

Give it the facts and who the memo is for. It builds the title block (title, date, from, to), numbered sections where every statement is its own line, any tables, and a footer with your company name and page numbers.

Drop your own logo.png into the skill folder and set your company name in brand.json. The README walks through it in four steps.
