Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how M. L. Reo Consulting LLC ("we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information on mlreoconsulting.com (the "Site").
1. What we collect
We collect what you give us and what the Site needs to work:
- Download requests. Your first and last name, work email address, company and typed signature. With each request we record the date and time, the item you downloaded, the version of the Terms and Conditions you accepted, your internet address (IP address) and your browser type.
- Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Booking a call. Before the booking window opens, we ask a few questions about you and your program, to decide whether a call is the right next step. If it is, your answers are passed to the scheduling provider when the booking window opens and are saved with your booking. If it is not, we do not keep your answers. The booking window is run by an outside scheduling provider. What you enter there goes to that provider and to us, under the provider's own privacy policy.
- Security and technical data. When you visit, our hosting and security providers process your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the Site and to block abuse. Our security provider may set a cookie that its bot check needs. We count visits with an analytics service that uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Information kept in your browser. The Site saves the details you type into the download form in your own browser, so it can fill them in next time. We receive them only when you submit a request. If our booking questions show that a call is not the right next step, your browser also remembers that for 30 days. You can remove all of this by clearing this Site's data in your browser.
2. How we use it
- To send you the Download you asked for.
- To keep a record that you accepted the Terms and Conditions.
- To send you related material from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To reply to your messages and hold the calls you book.
- To protect the Site from spam and abuse.
3. Who processes it for us
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. These service providers process it on our behalf, only to run the Site:
- A hosting provider runs the Site and its forms.
- A database provider stores download request records.
- A network and security provider runs the Site's security checks, including the bot check on the download form, and counts visits.
- A scheduling provider runs the call booking window.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. How long we keep it
We delete a download request record two years after your last download or message to us, or sooner if you ask, unless we must keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.
5. Marketing email
If you request a Download, we may send you related material from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any message or by emailing info@mlreoconsulting.com.
6. Your choices and requests
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mlreoconsulting.com from the address you used with the Site. We may need to confirm your identity before we act.
7. Do Not Track
The Site does not track you across other websites and does not use advertising or analytics cookies, so it does not change its behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. The call booking window and the security checks are run by those providers under their own policies.
8. Security
We protect the Site with encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-step sign-in for the admin console, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
9. Children
The Site is for business and professional use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
